There is a lot going on at the moment. It is amazing that I know which way is up. 1. Burning Indigo is continuing. It is over a third of the way through. I broke the 131 page barrier thanks, unintentionally to a conversation with James Moran about Jung and a recent trip to Rome. 2. Lorian Brown has been commissioned to complete the cover art. His art is Banksy like West Coast grafitti. He has roughed up the back cover and is working on the front. Here is his back cover.

“Perhaps the best way to describe just how much this book caught my imagination is to reveal that even almost a year after reading it, there are still scenes that I remember vividly, quotations that I can recall and to confess that I will never think of doughnuts with sprinkles in the same way again.” “Brilliantly written love story captures your thoughts and emotions throughout the whole reading and long after it. The lucid and detailed narration provides multi layered complexity of each character's personality, startling revelations, creative turns of the plot.” “Dramatic and touching, the author does a brilliant job of capturing the reader’s attention and reeling them into the depths of his story telling."

3. The Bends screenplay is ongoing. Having written the thing half dozen times Cath Le Couteur, the director, and I have gone back to first principles and are chipping away at all the scenes we have written to create a sculpted masterpiece. Let's just hope the arms don't fall off. Out of 8 emotional beats/sequences we have finished 3. Should be done in August/September. 4. David Silverman (Wild Thornberries) has written and is producing a short of my second book, Shadow's Bliss in LA. 5. Kiss Me Quick has been entered into the Zeitgeist Theatre short play competition. 6. Have been working on an Italian movie, Il Travestere Duo, about two tour guides at the Panthenon in Rome, those you see dressed as Roman soldiers, who plan to steal papal jewels from an exhibit. Need to dedicate more time to it but it is heavy going. 7. I have been (again) asked about the crossover between characters in the 3 books to date and the forthcoming Burning Indigo so am once again publishing it here. CROSSOVER
